Who are we?

We are Goals an agency that specialises in labour marketing and, based on research, works with employers to build the strongest employer brands.

Why do we process personal data?

We process your data on behalf of your employer, who uses our services to shape or optimise its own employer positioning. With the aim of being an attractive employer for current and new talent.

What data do we collect and use?

We collect the following data:

• Gender;
• Age group;
• Function group/department;
• Period of service;
• Personal drivers;
• Overall work perception.

May we process your personal data?

The main basis on which we process personal data is the performance of an agreement. In this case, an agreement with your employer.

Do we process your personal data on the basis of your consent? Then you can withdraw your consent at any time. From that moment on, we will no longer process your personal data. Unless there is (also) another basis for processing your data.

How do we secure your data?

We take both technical and organisational measures to secure the personal data we process. We do this according to the applicable legal requirements and guidelines.

An example of a technical measure is that your data is encrypted during transmission. This means that your data is unreadable should it end up in the wrong hands.

An example of an organisational measure is that only authorised employees of Goals Arbeidsmarketing B.V. are allowed to view your data. And these employees only have access to your personal data to the extent necessary to perform their duties.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep your personal data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which we process your data.

Do we share your data with third parties?

We do not share your data with third parties. The answers you enter via the tool are only fed back to your employer in aggregated form. This means that answers cannot be traced back to you as an individual.

What are your rights?

You have a number of privacy rights. For example, you can ask us what personal data we process about you. And if the data are incorrect, have them corrected. In some cases, you can also ask us to delete, transfer or restrict the processing of your data.
