What data do we collect

What we use this data for

- Sending requested information, such as white papers or access to webinars.
- Sending periodic newsletters and updates, provided you have left your details in the context of interest in our services or information. This falls under the so-called soft opt-in.

Newsletters and updates

When you subscribe to a whitepaper or webinar, Goals may also use your data to send you relevant newsletters and updates. You can easily unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter. From then on, you will no longer receive any newsletters or updates from us.

On what basis may we do this

We process personal data on the following legal grounds:
- Consent: when you provide your own data to us for information or registration.
- Agreement: to give you access to requested information (e.g. whitepaper or webinar).
- Justified interest: for maintaining contact with relations, marketing activities and improving our services, as long as your interests and rights are not affected by this.
- Legal obligation: when we need to keep data to comply with legal requirements.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as you are subscribed to our newsletter or until you unsubscribe. Data that was only required for a one-off request (e.g. downloading a white paper) will not be kept longer than necessary.

With whom we share your data

Personal data is only shared within Goals Holding B.V. and processed in accordance with our cookie policy. We do not share data with external parties unless we are legally obliged to do so.
