Magnet Score: discover the attractiveness of your employability

The Magnet Score we developed provides insight into your organisation's attractiveness and helps optimise work perception and employee satisfaction. This tool combines science and data with the power of human connection. This is how you take action and set your organisation in motion.

The pillars of being an attractive employer

There are six pillars when it comes to being an attractive employer. Five of these: Engaging, Development, Social, Economic and Meaningful, are based on the EmpAt-scale. This is the only validated instrument for measuring Employer Atractiveness. With insights from the EmpAt-scale and our own practical experience in building employer brands for large organisations in combination with current studies, have we have a added sixth pillar: Vital. This pillar focuses on work-life balance, for example.
Each pillar in the Magnet Score we test using 3 questions. The measurement is based on a 5-point scale. When you as an organisationation scores a 4+ you are an irresistible employer. The higher your score, the more attractive you are to new talent and how wamore likely it is that current employees stay. And yes, who doesn't want that?

Magnet Score Goals

The Magnet Score in practice

You know the drill; you leave a traditional Staff satisfaction survey (MTO) and you will receive a nice, comprehensive report with all the scores. But where are you going to start? What are you going to do? Unfortunately, we often see this process get stranded early and employees have no idea what actually happens with the input they have given.

The Magnet Score focuses very concretely on 6 pillars so that you do not get bogged down in details and it is immediately clear where your organisation's strengths lie and how you can get started. We also organise interactive workshops with colleagues. During these workshops, we discuss the results of the digital survey using various working methods. This way, employees are informed of the results and get tools to get started themselves.
