Especially in the tech industry, recruiting good professionals is a challenge. HSO has come up with a solution to this. With their highly rated traineeship program they want to guide starters on the path to becoming Business Consultants. And we soon discovered: this guidance in personal and professional development is exactly what makes HSO so special. This inspired the activating theme for the HSO career journey: Join the Journey.
We formulated a strong contact strategy with dynamic visuals based on the different study backgrounds and locations of the target groups. With an interactive landing page and activation test - the Travel Guide - the target group discovered more about the traineeship program at HSO. For a better picture of what traineeship entails we also shared authentic stories of current trainees. Featuring a complete timeline with landmarks, the target group could view their journey as a trainee and then request a no-obligation interview about the traineeship.
For the internal activation we developed an employer branding film, logo, banner for the building (visible from the highway), an offer letter for new starters, writing pad, Teams backgrounds, LinkedIn headers, a GIF email signature, a vacancy template and a vacancy guide in two languages. Everything, of course, in the theme of 'Join the Journey'.

Nearly 45 quality candidates scheduled introductory interviews during the campaign. Some of them were able to start the traineeship or another position or were added to a sustainable talent pool. The entire campaign approach created tremendous visibility for HSO: the number of visitors on their website increased and their LinkedIn content was viewed more. The internal activation video was enthusiastically received at the company event, and the Teams backgrounds appeared in every Teams conversation within a week.
