The approach

In the Employer Brand, we double loaded the meaning of ‘institution’. On the one hand: what institution do you need to do well here? On the other: why is this the mental health institution that contributes to fulfilling your ambitions.

With the slogan ‘De juiste instelling,’ we gave mental health institutions a positive image – in contrast to the negative stigma often associated with them.

Nonstop

  • GGZ Oost Brabant continues to make grateful use of the building plan prepared by Goals. Periodically they pick up a building block from the Nonstop Employer Branding model to further enhance their employer brand. 
  • GGZ Oost Brabant continues to leverage the enthusiasm of its colleagues through a strong ambassador program powered by Employbrand Ambassador.

The challenge

GGZ Oost Brabant is full of ambition. A dynamic work environment that demands a good attitude from the candidate. That requires a distinctive position in the healthcare provider landscape.

The approach

The result

  • GGZ Oost Brabant implemented the theme throughout the entire employee journey. For example, externally through a game: does your institution match ours? And internally through a strong onboarding program and compliment cards based on the work values. 
     
  • In 18 campaign months, the game was played over 3,400 times. And 392 applicants were realized – quite an achievement in a notoriously difficult target group.
