Hebbus! 370 drivers and a golden Bonk for EBS

At a time when the profession of bus driver often gets negative press, EBS decided to do things differently. Their drivers are proud, committed and customer-friendly - and deserve to be seen that way. But with a tight labour market and an ambition to recruit 365 new drivers, the challenge was great. Together with Goals, that ambition became a reality.

A campaign that works

In one year, the recruitment campaign managed to Hebbus! no less than 370 new bus drivers to attract EBS. A bizarrely beautiful result of which we and the team at EBS are incredibly proud.

Gold from the expert jury

This impactful campaign was awarded a golden Bonk by the Communications Club Brabant (CCB): a peer appreciation of which we are extremely proud. The cooperation with Andrea Verdonk, Albert Hoekstra and Nicolette Szécsényi of EBS was invaluable in this.
