These ingredients are always the starting point in our communication to potential candidates. In various videos and stories, for instance, ForFarmers colleagues talk about the most important ingredient in their work. And by means of the ambition meter, candidates can use five questions to test whether working at ForFarmes is also the fodder for their ambitions.

The success in the Netherlands is being seen and has ensured that we are now also rolling out the campaign internationally in the UK and Germany. And in the Netherlands too, we will be working on new videos and stories to ensure ForFarmers is also highly visible on the labour market in 2024.
Recruiting colleagues in an industry with a lot going on and an image that is not always positive. Not an easy task. Certainly not if the focus is on people in Operations, Transport and Sales. An often loyal group that does not readily make the switch. Yet we saw plenty of opportunities to interact with this group and interest them in a career at ForFarmers.

Some 300 tests are completed every month and the number of applications is also rising. Reason for ForFarmers To extend the campaign twice in a row already.
