  • Step 2 - Intake
    We speak to your key stakeholders from Recruitment, HR and Marketing/Communications. We take everyone through the methodology and give new insights about your labour market.
  • Step 3 - Online Magnet Score survey 
    All your colleagues receive a short questionnaire that is easy to fill in, even on smartphones. Through the scientific methodical approach, we peel back your employability to its essence. 
  • Step 4 - In-depth workshop
