Once this message was amplified across their colleagues’ networks, it became clear that the whole of Brabant is touched by the water board!
The continuation of the campaign is all about embedding the employer brand throughout the employee journey. Because hitting colleagues with work that matters is what you do once they're in.
What do we stand for as a water board? And how do we make an impact on the development of the region every day? There are plenty of examples at Brabant Delta Water Board. But how do we proudly show this to potential talent, so that they also want to contribute to a safe and future-oriented Brabant? Together, we found the answer.

A distinctive campaign with four cool videos and stories. A ‘working at’ website in line with the theme and vacancies that touched candidates emotionally. And on top of that? Many proud colleagues who can't wait to start sharing their water stories.
