A direct trigger for potential new colleagues on the job market.
To the intended purposes to achieve, it is important to have a constant presence and continue to activate a large target audience. This is done through ongoing online marketing activities. In doing so, a brand new work-at-home website has also been set up where ORO candidates with clear information. Of course, entirely in the theme of 'Making vulnerable people happy'. What also cannot be forgotten is the nonstop importance of ambassadorship. Employees are satisfied and proud of their work. They are all too happy to share this with those around them through various expressions. A valuable element within ORO.
There is a huge shortage of staff in the care sector. Yet working in care is such meaningful and rewarding work. 2022 achieved great results for this campaign. For instance, we achieved almost one million views and over 1,600 users took the test on the website. And to top it off, nearly 400 fortune tellers applied to ORO with the help of our campaign.
