Research shows that Holla offers starters and young professionals exactly what they are looking for: an informal working atmosphere, a lot of responsibility and autonomy. That's why we developed the core message: Come to your best.

In line with Local Hearts, Global Minds let the target group think about what they consider important in their lawyer trainee phase, through three levels:

  • Campaign images with contrasting elements and stimulating questions in their own language.
  • The Office Selector, a playful tool that helps discover which type of office suits them.
  • 1-minute videos, in which Holla employees show how these features come to life in practice.

Holla has a firm size that perfectly suits the needs of many start-ups. Yet the office played too small a role in their orientation process. Together with Holla, we set to work to draw attention to the office in a unique way and really activate the target group.

The result

The campaign exceeded all expectations. Besides a significant increase in both the number and quality of applicants, the KantoorKiezer created active interaction between Holla and potential candidates. In the first three months, the tool was completed more than 1,200 times and Holla received more than 30 additional high-quality job applications.
