To the colleagues of EBS additional involve, we have a amBUSsadeur programme developed. With an explanation of the campaign and a behind–the-scenes video colleagues become encouraged to also candidates and create also pride among colleagues.
EBS transports with large 2000 colleagues 1 million passengers weekly, with a mission to put travellers first. In today's tight labour market, this is a hefty challenge. The demand for bus drivers is high, which is why it is time to new target groupn to speak. Because bus driver dat brings many personal benefits.

The Initial results of the campaign are very promising. As of July 2024, for instance, over 100 candidates have applied or completed a callback request.
