The approach

Ambitious, committed, driven, loving, service-oriented, enterprising - the Anna has it all. To highlight precisely this versatility, we put forward 12 enthusiastic colleagues. They share their stories and together with the team are the face of a healthy region.

The campaign targets nurses, anaesthesia assistants and surgery assistants. With videos, banners and visuals, we campaigned in North Brabant. Through a three-layer funnel, where the main conversions are completing the activation test and applying for a job, we reach the target group. 

On the work-at-home website, content is tailored to interests, wishes and needs, thanks to tags from the campaign. This is how we approach candidates personally and effectively.

The result

In the first campaign month, we managed to achieve almost 1,000 completed tests, of which 530 candidates viewed the vacancies after the test. As a result, we managed to achieve an increase of 40% in the number of applications during this period compared to previous months.
