With your overview and insight, you build employer brands that really live.
You already have experience in project management and communication. But you are ready for a substantive next step. Not 'just planning projects', but really getting to grips with target groups and data. You know how to convert your substantive interest into to-the-point advice that makes a meaningful contribution to building great employer brands such as those of VDL, Utrecht University, Partou and the Amsterdam Housing Associations.
Give direction to brands that attract and retain talent
A strong employer brand starts with knowledge about the organisation, the target groups and how these target groups think and act. You know how to make the connection between all this collected data and thus come up with strong advice to really make an employer brand live, both externally and internally. At Goals, we call this 'living the brand'.
As our new project manager, you will be the link between data and information (from e.g. workshops and quantitative research), AI output, and human interpretation. You know how important it is to connect insights with communication, culture and behaviour. Because that's where the difference lies.
By doing so, you set movement in motion - in customers and in yourself:
- You are an expert in interpreting quantitative and qualitative research
- You have an affinity for AI to work so smartly and add your human insights to it
- You will develop as an employer branding specialist according to our Nonstop Employer Branding methodology
- You will collaborate with our consultants, designers, web builders and online marketers
- Do you know something better? Very nice! You get plenty of room to develop your function yourself
