This project begins and ends with people. For what are ZOwonen colleagues driven by? What makes them proud? And what exactly does that meaningful, social and innovative work entail? We discovered it by really talking to more than half of the colleagues. The common thread: at ZOwonen everything revolves around people and lives, both internally and externally. How you live determines your future-it goes beyond bricks and mortar. To achieve this ideal, ZOwonen colleagues are given all the freedom they need to develop initiatives, to stick their heads above the parapet and to go off the beaten track. This is how they make a difference, for themselves and for the residents. We rightly call this life's work.
Being an attractive employer requires constant attention, and ZOwonen knows that like no other. They want to ensure that colleagues continue to work with pleasure and energy. That is why they want to know what is going well and where they can improve as an employer. The work experience survey that we are conducting together is going to help with that. The goal: a Magnet Score from 4+.
With the ambition to become the most attractive employer in the region, ZOwonen knocked on our door. Not because of the number of vacancies, but because the meaningful, social and innovative work they do as a housing corporation deserves to be seen. Moreover, they want colleagues to be proud of what they do. Because dusty, the work certainly isn't. Inspired by their new brand position, with values such as own strength, individuality and creating together, we set to work on positioning their employer brand. Because we are also only too happy to take on a challenge that focuses on engaging colleagues.

With an entirely new working at website as a calling card. The launch of the employer brand on the ZOwonen family day reinforced the message even more. This day not only ensured a strong mutual pride, but also marked the beginning of even more life-work stories.
