To the colleagues of EBS additional involve, we have a amBUSsadeur programme developed. With an explanation of the campaign and a behind–the-scenes video colleagues become encouraged to also candidates and create also pride among colleagues.
EBS transports with large 2000 colleagues 1 million passengers weekly, with a mission to put travellers first. In today's tight labour market, this is a hefty challenge. Demand for bus drivers is high and competition in the job market is fierce. Therefore, it is time to new target groupn to speak. Because Being a bus driver, dat brings many personal benefits.

In less than eight months, 370 (!) drivers joined EBS. For 2025, we are expanding the switch target groups to reap even more success with this lateral entry strategy.
